RETURN
We accept returns within 7 days after delivery date according to tracking information. If you exceed this timeframe, unfortunately, we won't be able to offer a refund, store credit, or exchange. All customized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to make a return:
- Make sure that item is unworn, unwashed and undamaged. All tags must be in their original condition. The 7-day period must not be exceeded.
- Contact our Customer Care Team to get a return shipping address.
- Carefully pack your order in its original packaging and send it by any postal service with tracking available. The return shipping fees cannot be refunded or compensated.
- Provide us with the tracking number and wait for the package to be received back.
- Please give us up to 7 working days after receiving the parcel to issue a refund.
Please note that in case of a return, the shipping cost included in the price of the item is non-refundable.
EXCHANGE
We accept exchange within 7 days after delivery date according tracking. If you exceed this timeframe, unfortunately, we won't be able to offer a refund, store credit, or exchange. All customized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to make an exchange:
- Make sure that item is unworn, unwashed and undamaged. All tags must be in their original conditions. The 7-day period must not be exceeded.
- Contact our Customer Care Team to get a return shipping address.
- Carefully pack your order in its original packaging and send it by any postal service with tracking available. The return shipping fees cannot be refunded or compensated.
- Provide us with the tracking number and wait for the package to be received back.
- Please give us up to 3 business days after receiving the parcel to make a new shipment for an exchange. You will receive new tracking information.
Shipping and handling charges, gift wrap fees, and any taxes paid are not refundable or compensated.
CUSTOM FEES FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
Buyers are responsible for all import and customs fees associated with their purchase. We encourage international shoppers to be aware of their country's fees before purchasing.
After delivery to the destination country/region, international orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which may lead to delays in originally planned delivery. When clearing customs, customs may ask you to pay service fees or taxes. The buyer is fully responsible for knowing the customs regulations of the destination country and paying customs duties. If you have any questions or comments about the delivery or handling of goods, please contact us.
DISCARDING A PARCEL OR RETURN PARCELS
By discarding a parcel, or and if the parcel was returned by the postal service due to the impossibility of delivery you agree to pay the initial shipping costs, any import fees and costs of returning the parcel. This amount will be deducted from the value of the returned item.
MEASUREMENTS:
For all online orders, it is up to you to provide your correct measurements. You can find an instruction how to take measurements on our website or contact the Support Team at support@artpodium.studio
Never the less, it is highly recommended that you have your measurements taken by a professional before buying any gown / jacket online. Your measurements will help us to find the right size of your jacket / sweater / dress and find out any individual characteristics of your figure. We are always happy to help with the measurements and sizing.
ALTERATIONS
We professionally try to make any jacket / sweater / dress in a perfect way so you can wear it without any additional changes, but you need to be ready to have some alterations for a perfect fit. We do not offer alteration services and we are not responsible for the cost of alterations.
DAMAGED/WRONG ITEMS
Claims for the received goods are accepted within 24 hours after receipt. If you received a damaged or wrong item please contact us by support@artpodium.studio with a photo of the damaged / wrong item and your order number. We will take care of it ASAP. Damaged items will be replaced. If item cannot be replaced or repaired you are entitled to a full refund once returned.
SALE ITEMS
All sales of sale items are final and cannot be exchanged or returned, no exceptions.
